This extension checks whether a link's visible text names a known enterprise app (e.g. "DocuSign", "Microsoft 365") and whether the link actually points to one of that app's known domains. It's aimed at catching brand-new lookalike domains before they show up in reputation databases such as Google Safe Browsing or Microsoft SmartScreen â both of which your browser already checks automatically.
Treat this as an extra, local layer of defense â not a replacement for your browser's or organization's existing security tooling. It only flags a link when the matching brand name appears in the link's text, so it won't catch every phishing attempt.
Configure where the list of enterprise apps and their known domains is loaded from.
A bundled copy is used as a fallback if this URL can't be reached.
How often to refresh the database from the URL above (1-168 hours).
Customize the message shown when a link's text doesn't match its destination.
Use {app} as a placeholder for the application name.
